According to a survey conducted about taxi app usage across India in January 2024, driver cancelling the ride was the biggest issue for a majority of the respondents, at 75 percent. It was followed by surge pricing with 62 percent of the respondents. App-based taxi services have become an integral part of daily commute for Indian citizens.
